Having supported her through the challenges of shift work, mandates, and the emotional toll of the job, I know firsthand how this career impacts not just dispatchers but their families as well.

My goal is to gather real-world insights into the lives of 911 professionals, covering everything from demographics and pay to relationships and work-life balance.
